M15A- this was the second machine developed by Chuck Cory in 1980, and was used solely for Apple processing (juice prep) from 1980-1986. Although soft fruit is still the primary usage for this machine, it has also found its way into other shredding applications, including root stock such as horseradishes and ginger. The M15A is also employed for processing fruit that is too large
for the M12A such as grapefruit and pineapple.
